Critique Day for Associate Members

Here is an opportunity to show off your art,  get some opinions on how to make it better and maybe even decide that you are ready to apply for Signature Artist status.

We'll start with a short presentation describing the Signature Artist jurying process followed by a short Q&A.

 

Next, two BWS Signature Artists will discuss and evaluate each of the paintings and offer positive suggestions. Audience participation will be limited to questions asking for clarification. 

Bring one or two of your favorite paintings.  Framing and matting are optional, but  nice.  Paintings will be delivered at the door and will be presented for evaluation one at a time.

There will be a door prize of a set of 13 Daniel Smith Quinacridone colors (value about $100).  Attendees will also receive a sheet of Daniel Smith’s 66 dot sample cards.
